The success of the ‘Developing rural areas through advancing counseling services’ is now visible. One of the latest articles in the farmers’ news portal ‘Ferma ime’ illustrates this. The interest of the farmers to follow the lectures held at different cities was what attracted the attention of this news portal towards our project.

The project coordinator, Miss Lavdije Sopi, said for this news portal that the main aim of this project is to offer advises to farmers based on their needs and requests. In addition, in these counselling sessions, the ‘Farmers for farmers’ method is being applied to encourage sharing of practices and techniques between farmers.

These counseling session have brought together so far up to 4000 farmers. Different topics in the field of farming have been discussed Brochures and different printing materials are being published and offered to farmers to continue the learning process.
